Need to Sell Rio Rancho Real Estate?

Tour some open houses in the area and model homes from developments and get a good sense of what your buyers will be looking at.   • You will need to take down all your personal photos and collections. You don't want Rio Rancho buyers looking at your family pictures when they need to focus on the house itself.
  • Keep colors neutral but warm. Gone are the days where white walls were in. Soft latte colors and warm browns offer a clean and homey sense to the space. Ask me anytime what buyers are seeing and what they tend to like.
  • Each room needs to be laid out as it was originally intended. Remove toys from dining rooms, desks from bedrooms and pet decor from bathrooms. Speaking of pets, make sure there is no trace of pet odor in the house. This may be difficult as many homeowners can't tell what their home smells like anymore. Have a trusted friend or your agent give you an honest opinion.

Be flexible with buyers and your price.
